This policy explains what information ABC Appliance ("we", "us") collects when you visit abcappliance.net, call or text our numbers, or book an appliance repair, and how we use it. ABC Appliance is operated by Commilito Corp.

What you give us: your name, phone number, service address and ZIP code, the appliance and the problem you describe, and anything you write in a request form or a text message.

Phone calls: calls to our numbers may be answered by an automated AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can book your repair correctly, check the quality of our service and resolve disputes.

Collected automatically: when you visit the site, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the ad you clicked to reach us, including click identifiers from Google and Microsoft ads.

• To schedule your repair, send a technician and contact you about your request.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates by text message, if you agreed to receive them.
• To prepare invoices and honor our warranty.
• To improve our service and to measure which of our ads bring customers to us.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with the technician who performs your repair; with service providers that run our phones, text messaging, scheduling, payments, website hosting, analytics and advertising measurement, and only as far as they need it to provide those services; and with authorities when the law requires it.

We do not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers or customer support vendors, and is used solely to provide and operate the messaging service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

By opting in to text messages from ABC Appliance, you agree to receive messages about your service request, appointments and related customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; we will confirm by text and send nothing further. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To review, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call (530) 261-8610 or email service@perfix.app. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage personalized ads in your Google and Microsoft account ad settings.

Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Our analytics and advertising partners may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites.

We keep service records for as long as we need them to provide warranty service, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
